To export your data, click the three dots next to the desired site to open the context menu. Navigate to Settings > Forms in the menu, scroll to the bottom of the page to find a table with all the submissions you've received. Click the "Export Data" button to obtain a CSV file, which you can then upload to any other email marketing service.
